Sadita’s underlying operating subsidiaries date back to 1982, when Mr. Fozan began his first entrepreneurial venture – Kuwait Proteins Company. Over the years Sadita has grown its diversified holdings to include 31 companies in multiple industries including the wholesale and distribution of food & beverage, plastic disposables, IT accessories, computer peripherals,logistics and fulfillment and other services. Sadita also owns diversified holdings in real estate and financial investments.
